Shelby County Chess, in conjunction with the MJCC, would like to announce the 3rd annual Chess Jamboree! It will be Sunday & Monday of the MLK holiday. MJCC members qualify for $5 discounts on all tournaments!

THE SCHEDULE

*Sunday @ 1:15 p.m. - The Ultimate Showdown: A Simul with IM Jake Kleiman

      Come challenge Memphis' only titled player and one of the country's strongest young players, International Master Jake Kleiman. He will take on all opponents at once, board to board, move by move. See how he has won and drawn against some of the world's strongest players, including Grandmasters Hikaru Nakamaru, Loek Van Wely, Nigel Short, and many more!

On-site registration is 12:30-1:00.
